I have to start off this letter with an apology for not putting pen to paper or finger to keyboard long before this date. I have been having so much fun fixing up my condo and getting settled in that I inadvertently put you on the back burner.
I have to say a huge "THANK YOU" for all of the hard work and time that you put into my finding the perfect condo that fits my needs and lifestyle and most importantly, my bank account. Had you not given me the confidence to call Jared Dreyer (Mortgage Broker), I would most likely still be renting and paying off someone else's mortgage.
